Welcome to Diplomat Overseas. By accessing our website, communicating with our staff, or enlisting our visa processing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Scope of Services

Diplomat Overseas provides advisory, consultation, and documentation assistance for various types of visas, including Tourist Visas, Study Visas, and PR guidance for countries like the UK, Canada, Australia, USA, Schengen, and others. We act solely as a consulting entity to assist you in preparing a strong application file.

2. No Guarantee of Visa Approval

While we pride ourselves on a high success rate, Diplomat Overseas does not guarantee the approval of any visa. The final decision to grant or refuse a visa, as well as the processing timeframe, rests entirely with the respective Embassy, High Commission, or Consulate. We are not liable for any delays, refusals, or rejections by immigration authorities.

3. Client Responsibilities & Documentation

To ensure a smooth process, clients are required to:

• Provide 100% accurate, truthful, and genuine information and documents. Submission of fraudulent or altered documents is entirely the client's responsibility and will lead to immediate termination of our services without a refund.
• Submit requested documents within the timelines specified by our consultants.
• Attend biometrics appointments, medical exams, or embassy interviews on time, if required by the respective country's immigration process.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

All consultancy fees must be agreed upon and settled as per the invoice terms provided before the processing of the file begins. Please note:

• Consultancy Fees: Our service charges cover documentation, profiling, and advisory. These are non-refundable once the file preparation process has commenced, regardless of the visa outcome.
• Embassy/Government Fees: Any visa application fees, biometric fees, or VFS/TLS charges paid directly to the embassy or third-party visa centers are strictly non-refundable as per government policies.
• Additional Costs: Clients are responsible for any external costs such as medical examinations, courier charges, notary fees, or English language testing (IELTS/PTE).

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your application before we have commenced file preparation, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative costs. Once file preparation, SOP drafting, or document compilation has started, or once the application is submitted to the embassy, our consultancy fees are strictly non-refundable.

6. Limitation of Liability

Diplomat Overseas shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a visa refusal, processing delay, or travel cancellation. Clients are advised not to book non-refundable flight tickets or accommodations until they have successfully received their stamped visa.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, text, graphics, logos, and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Diplomat Overseas. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution of our materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab.
